  1. A Summer Christmas

It was strange for her to still have the Christmas Tree up; its lights twinkling in the middle of July. To celebrate Christmas in the summer seemed bizarre to her. Yet, she wouldn’t have it any other way if it meant the whole family could be together to share the special moment with each other. Her son finally came home from active duty safe and sound. For a happy family and a full table for the holiday, celebrating Christmas in July didn't sound like a bad deal after all.
